Standard play pools start around $40k to $65k depending on design. Every backyard is different and each pool requires hands on details to make sure pricing is accurate and no additional cost is required once the project starts. We aim to create the best pool for the best price for each of our customers. We will work with you to create a pool that fits within your desired budget.

Every project is different, and timeframes vary depending on design complexities, permitting jurisdiction, and engineering needs. For projects located in Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa, your permitting will be 2-3 weeks for most designs. Areas such as Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix can take 4-6 weeks or longer to receive final approval. The average backyard will take 8-12 weeks to complete once we're able to get construction going. More complex jobs can take 16-20 weeks or longer.

Yes, SWIMDAY is a licensed contractor, and we cover all of our work for two years after the pool is full of water. The shell of your pool is engineered for life, and your equipment is covered by the manufacture for three years. Unlike larger builders, who use "extended warranties" as selling tactics but take forever to handle any work orders, we simply stand behind our craft for two years bumper to bumper (see our contract for more details).

We provide each homeowner with a simplified HOA plan. It is the homeowner's responsibility to submit and adhere to their HOA guidelines. 

Yes, we allow changes to be made during construction. Changes slow down the build progress and often times require permit revisions and additional costs. All changes require a signed change order and payment before adjustments can be made.
